I had this memorial set up showing a "non-cemetery burial" as it was on private grounds, but now someone has set up the "Bicksler Family Cemetery."

“Samuel Bicksler's grave was found at the Bicksler Family Cemetery, 352 Cantorwood Ln., in Great Falls, Va. It is a very small cemetery located behind the garage of a residential property that previously was the Bicksler family estate. There are only 3 graves that have inscriptions on the headstones. All others are uncarved stones and pieces of quartz that sparkle in the sunrays that shines through the very tall trees both in, and around the cemetery. The cemetery was overgrown for many years, with the iron fence in disrepair. It became an Eagle Scout project a few years ago with the overgrown brush being cleared, fence repaired, etc. However, the growth of thorny vines and other brush is beginning to take over again. The resident of the former Bicksler Estate stated that she had tried to keep it cleared, but that it became too much of a task for her. “
