Rev. E.H. Lewis will officiate at funeral services in Jacques funeral home today at 4 p.m. for Mrs. Jamieson (Minia) Gunness, 65, of 1023 9th St. E., who died Thursday at her home. Burial will be in Union cemetery.
Mrs. Gunness was born in Springhill, N.S., and moved to Lethbridge as a child with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Conn, Southern Alberta Pioneers. She lived in Calgary for 28 years and was a member of the L.O.B.A.
Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. R. V. Henderson, Mrs. Charles Artt, Mrs. Ann Gainor, Mrs. Emil Stark, Mrs. Fred Henderson and Thelma; two sons, William and John; 13 grandchildren, all of Calgary.
