Mildred J. Gripshover Theis, 91, of Southgate, died at 11:40 a.m. Saturday at St. Luke Hospital East, Fort Thomas. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Therese Church, Southgate. She was a member of the church altar society and Over 50 Club, and Southgate Super Seniors. Her husband, Howard Gayle Theis, and a daughter, Rosemary Schneckner, both preceded her in death.

Survivors include sons, Howard Theis of Newport, William Theis of Southgate and Thomas Theis of Independence; daughters, Betty Jean Pary of Louisville and Joann Wade of Highland Heights; a sister, Emma Gripshover of Erlanger; 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Therese Church, Southgate. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Fort Thomas. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas. Memorials are suggested to St. Therese Church, 11 Temple Place, Southgate, Ky. 41071; or ECHO Soup Kitchen, P.O.
