Joseph Baptiste of Attleboro died Friday April 20 at Epoch of Norton. He was 84 years old. He was the beloved husband of the late Eleanor (Paioni) Baptiste.
Born in Taunton on January 28, 1928, he was the loving son of the late Joseph and Dalinda (Medeiros) Baptiste. He was a Graduate of Mansfield High School and Northeastern University. He worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for Tyco International Corp. in Lexington for 40 years.
Mr. Baptiste was the loving father of Raymond Baptiste and his wife Lauri of Attleboro and Michele Kaplan and her husband Robert of Norton. He was the cherished grandfather of 5 grandchildren.
Funeral from the Bolea-Amici Funeral Home, 115 N. Main Street in Mansfield on Wednesday April 25 at 9:30am. Followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church, 330 Pratt Street (Rte. 106) in Mansfield at 10:30am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-8pm. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery.
