Charles was the son of Charles H. Allin and Eva Wing Kent.

About 1922 he married Madeline Gray, daughter of Melvin Gray and Fannie Colby.

Their children were Charles T Jr, Stuart G, and Merle C.

On Jul 2, 1935 in Coos County, NH Madolyn received a divorce for extreme cruelty. Madeline remarried in July 1938 to a Morton A. Mitchell.

On Aug 3, 1940 in Lunenburg Charles married June Nancy (Bacon) Hall Gould, daughter of James H. Bacon and Archimese Favreau. She had a son from her 2nd marriage, Meredith Gould.

Sometime after Junie died in 1949 Charles appears to have married a Frances A. Spires, born in 1908 MA, with a daughter, Ruth E. Miller. It is hard to sort out Frances's info. She is listed as the daughter of Lewis W. Miller and Edna Thompson; her mother's 2nd husband was Frank W. Spiers. Her daughter, Ruth Miller, listed her parents as Daniel Miller and Frances Spiers. All very confusing.
