(Kynion) Pluff went home to be with the Lord on December 6, 2012. Her passing was peaceful and she was surrounded by her family. Sherry was born on December 21, 1951 to Jack and Marge Kynion, the oldest of two children. She grew up and graduated in Parsons, Kansas. She went on to graduate from Emporia Universityin 1974 with a BSE in Speech and Drama and earned a Masters in Special Education from the Universityof Kansas in 1976. In 1978, Sherry married the great love of her life, Joe Pluff and together they lived a full and glorious life. Sherry was a poet, songwriter and comedienne and exemplified the love of Jesus in all aspects of her life. Her love for theatre was unmatched and at age eight, started writing and directing plays. Because of her faith, she co-founded and directed the Easter Production Behold the Lamb. In 1996 she founded the Christian Theatre Company and traveled the country with family and friends performing original Christian plays. Forever the actress, she joined The Agency Models and Talent performing voiceovers, print work and commercials.

Sherry was someone who embraced life with vigor. She was always looking for ways to make things more fun, more memorable. She gave her time, her home and herself and could often be found praying with and encouraging others. When asked to summarize herself, Sherry said, "I love garage sales, writing music and plays and cooking three ingredient meals. I was supposed to be a princess, thus I am very bossy (but in a very charming way). I know that with God, all things are possible."

Sherry was preceded in death by her father Jack Kynion, Sr. and is survived by her mother Marjorie (Stemple) Kynion; her handsome and devoted husband Joe Pluff of 34 years; son Joe Pluff, his wife Kathy, their children Chelsea, Anthony and Ali; daughter Tracy Boan, her children Jake and Joe; son Matt Pluff, his wife Jessica; brother Jack II, his wife Valerie, their children Jack III, Katie, Amelia, Ben and Abby; cousin Linda and her husband David; niece Kimmie and a host of family in Illinois and Connecticut.

She loved her Lord, she loved her husband, she loved her family, she loved.
