The original plat of the cemetery was drawn up by Ernest Larson (deceased). By 1913 the site for the cemetery was established. There originally was formed the Round Prairie Church. It no long stands there. Through the years it has merged with other churches. Mr. Haugen donated the black wrought iron fence on each side of the gate. This was shipped in from Arizona and was originally around a swimming pool there.
