I can't understand why the stone says she was BORN 1m 8 1890 rather that she died, but that's what it says.(Perhaps they were being good frugal Quakers and didn't want to waste the stone.) According to the meeting records abstracts she was born 6m 10 1819 the daughter of Able & Ann (Vale) Walker.
