EDWARD CALVIN DOUB, well-known retired farmer, died at his home in Williamsport Tuesday at 4:30 am of a heart attack, aged 75 years.

Born and reared near Beaver Creek, the son of the late Daniel and Catherine (Funk) Doub.

He resided in this county his entire life. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Williamsport and the men's bible class; Potomac Fish and Game Club; the Farm Bureau; and a director of the Savings Bank of Williamsport.

Surviving are: children, Mrs. Raymond Hammond, Hopewell; Mrs. Ralph Plummer, Martinsburg, W. Va.; Mrs. Charles Clise, Midand, Md.; Richard E. and William D., both at home; and Charles A., Baltimore; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Charles Sprecker and Mrs. Emma Kay Doub, both of Hagerstown; brothers, William O. Doub, Cedar Lawn; and Harry G. Doub, Huyetts.

Services Thursday at 3:30 pm at A. K. Coffman Funeral Home, the Rev. William C. Huddle officiating; interment in Rose Hill Cemetery.
