1918 USS Nederland vessel's crew manifest

In 1918, the US flagged Pr de Nederland vessel returned to the port of Brooklyn, New York. About 30 sailors applied for their seaman's certificate of American Citizenship. This was a WW1 endeavor to provide better port security and border patrol.
