Christine Catherine Coleman was born 8 Sept 1901 in Roanoke, Virginia, to Clinton Clay Coleman and Nancy "Nannie" Elizabeth Rush. She was the 2nd child and had five brothers: Clifton R. Coleman (1899-1986), Melvin B. Coleman (1908-1995), Richard Clay Coleman (1912-1960) and Winston Rush Coleman (1914-1979). She married Albert Burney Cannaday of Roanoke, Virginia, abt 1920 and was divorced abt 1924. She then married Ogden Emery "Mack" McKie abt 1927 and lived the rest of her life in Detroit, Michigan. She was buried by her 2nd husband and his parents.
