Very interested in where I came from in the past. Recently did the Ancestry DNA. A few months ago I visited three German towns where my Hiers ancestors lived before coming to America. My next adventure will be to visit my ancestral home area in Cumbria, England. I have some very famous great plus grandfathers. Directly descended from Alfred the Great, William the Conqueror, King Henry I, II, III of England. Kings of Castile and Leon in Spain.
I live in Acworth, Georgia which is about an hour drive from downtown Atlanta. Parents were from southeast Georgia.
