I have been a member of FAG for 9 years which makes me a relative newcomer.
As a child, my grandmother would allow me to ride a horse alone around a specific loop of the country roads which if followed correctly would lead me back to my grandparents' farm. My grandmother had shown me where my great grandparents and great great grandfather was buried in a small cemetery behind some trees on that loop. I would stop there whenever I could and look for graves of other relatives. That cemetery was significant to my love of genealogy and cemetery preservation.
