Bio

I was born Wilma Louise James in Fort Smith, Arkansas. My mother was Edith Pauline Burtrom, daughter of Fannie Looper and Clarence Columbus Burtrom. The Burtrom family lived in Birmingham, and the James' were from Ozark, Ar. My name was changed in 1956 when I was adopted. My adoptive family is very special to me, and I love all of them. At the same time, we all need to know our roots. I have been fortunate enough (by the Grace of God) to discover mine. I would love to hear from anyone related to me, and am searching for one last person (my sister) born Lynda Mae Dennis about 1952. I do remember playing dolls with her when she was about two, and I was about four. Best regards to everyone! Liz
