Rock Chalk Jayhawks! I'm a NW Kansas native and alum of KU. My Harold family came from Germany in 1743, settling in PA. My mother's family came from Sweden in the 1880's, homesteading in Kansas. I am a retired librarian and genealogy is my hobby. I now live in the Austin (Texas) area.
