Fern Waddy, 91, of Cairo, formerly of Olmsted, died Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, in Daystar Care Center in Cairo.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Pryor Memorial Temple Church of God in Christ in rural Villa Ridge, with Elder Oscar Burtley officiating. Burial will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Mound City National Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 3 p.m. Friday and from 6 to 8 p.m. also Friday at Massie Funeral Home in Mounds. Visitation will also be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
