Forrest Ingraham was born in Guyanoga, on Keuka Lake near Branchport, New York, He was a son of Charles and Myrtle Ingraham. He died November 18, 1953, in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. He left his widow, two daughters, and brother Raymond Ingraham. His funeral was held in Point Pleasant. He is said to have died from an unfortunate shooting/hunting accident whereupon his gun discharged inside his vehicle.
