ALEXANDER, WILLIAM ERWOOD "BUDDY" Of Quintown departed this life the 24th day of August, 2012. He was the son of William Ellis Alexander and Rona Black Alexander. He was a member of the Quintown Church of Christ his entire life. "Alec" was retired from Alabama Power Company with over 35 years of service. He was a veteran of World War II and discharged with honors. His kind spirit and humor was enjoyed and loved by all of those who knew him. Those left to cherish his memories are his beloved Sara, Misty, Sarah R., and Jeffery, his sister, Betty Jo, his nieces and nephews, Larry, Shirley, Sharon, John Ellis, Janet, Ronald, Tracey, Laura Lynn, Michael, Mark, and Stephen, his sister in law, Betty. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 26th at Patterson Forest Grove Funeral Home from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Graveside services will be held Monday, August 27, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens. Officiating the service will be Bro. Joey Mojica and Bro. Tommy Alford.
