He was born Nov. 28, 1985, in Cheyenne.
He was a member of the Greek Orthodox Church of Sts. Constantine and Helen and a student at East High.
He is survived by his father, Jeffery Billis of Fayetteville, Ark.; two brothers, Erik Billis of Wamsutter and Justus Baker of Sacramento, Calif.; a sister, Megan Billis of Cheyenne; grandparents, Marilyn and Lawrence "Bud" Billis of Fayetteville and Roberta and Melvin Baker of Buena Vista, Colo.; foster parents, Bill and Jacque Pappas and their daughter Stephanie; and the Pappas and Zorn families.
Cause of death: Suicide by hanging
