She was a lifelong resident of Lake Charles. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. She was a graduate of McNeese State University School of Engineering. She was a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Survivors include her parents, Cynthia Gallien and Donald Malveaux of Lake Charles; her maternal grandmother, Roberta D. Gallien of Lake Charles; paternal grandparents, Arron and Hazel Malveaux of Lake Charles; brothers, Jeremie Gallien, Travis King, Terrell King and Donald Bluin, all of Lake Charles, and Bryan Guy of Houston; sisters, Maquita Gallien Angela Fontenot, Megan and Jessica Malveaux, all of Lake Charles, and Kayla Guy of Houston; stepsisters, Ysheka King and Shevette Smith, both of Lake Charles; a loving friend, Kayla Fontenot; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a maternal grandfather, Andrew Gallien, Sr.

Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 11, from Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. The Rev. Karl Fuselier will officiate. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery under the direction of Combre Funeral Home. Visitation is from 9-10:40 a.m. in the funeral home.
