Dorothy Greif, 79, of Dallas Center died of cancer Tuesday at home.
Mrs. Greif was born in Des Moines and had lived in Dallas Center most of her life. She was a retired seed analyst with Pioneer Hi-Bred in Johnston. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and fishing.
She is survived by her husband, Clifford; four sons, Jay of De Soto and Jene, Jerry and Jim, all of Dallas Center; a daughter Judy Pollock, and a sister Vida Givler, all of Dallas Center; 19 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
