Bobby was born Feb. 28, 1931, in Cooper to John and Audrey Lemmond. He married Naomi Ruth Duncan on May 27, 1950, in Clovis. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Donald, a sister, Billie Boyd, and a son, Johnny Ray.
Survivors include sons, Ronald, Jimmy, and Michael Lemmond, and daughter, Shelley Lemmond, all of Lubbock; a daughter, Sherrey Nettles and husband Barry of San Angelo; a son, Bobby B. and wife Shelly of Weinert; a brother, A.J. Lemmond of Denton; sister, Fran Fox of Shallowater; 26 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
