NOTE: This is a centopah. Frederick M. Phelps Jr.'s ashes were buried in Grand Rapids, Kent, MI (see #069585) next to his wife Alice Kellogg Phelps (#87634156). His own brother John decided to have three stone markers made for his brother Fred and sister Charlotte and placed in their Phelps plot at Newark Cemetery. His wishes were carried out after he passed away in the Spring of 2010.
