Jessie David Hall of Rossville died Wednesday, Sept. 7. He was 49. He was born in Hamilton County, Tenn., to the late Cecil and Lillie Pearl Blancett Hall. He was a member of Joyful Sound Church of God in Chattanooga. He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Troy and Junior Hall, and sister, Essie Hall. Survivors include his four children, Julie Hall of Chattanooga, Tenn., Jessie D. Hall II of Ringgold, Cindy Hall of Rossville, Missy Tallent of Harrison, Tenn.; six brothers, Albert Hall of Chickamauga, Alvin Hall of Fort Oglethorpe, Franklin Hall of Alabama, Roy Hall of Trenton, Jackie Hall of Chattanooga, Marshall Hall of Rossville; two sisters, Estell Pittman and Patricia Evans, both of Rossville; six grandchildren, Jasmine, Madison, Jessica, Alex and Savanah Hall, Gracie Tallent; many nieces and nephews. Services: Monday, Sept. 12, at 11 a.m. in the Fort Oglethorpe chapel with Rev. James Barker officiating. Burial: Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park in Rossville. Visitation: Friday, Sept. 9, after 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 10 and 11, all day. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe.
