James C. Blubaugh

72, of Plainfield, passed away March 17, 2012. He was born July 22, 1939 to the late Charles and Esther (Hauger) Blubaugh in Farmersburg, IN.

He was a US veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a pipe fitter for GM Allisons for 25 years retiring in 2000.

He was a member of the Plainfield Friends Meeting where services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2012. Visitation will be at Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home , Plainfield from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 20. Burial, Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.

James is survived by his daughter, Stephanie (Bill) Kelsay; two brothers, Tom and Richard Blubaugh; and two grandchildren, Coby and Max Kelsay.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Meredith (Swift) Blubaugh.
