Mrs. Sarah Jane Collar, wife of Walter T. Collar of Kittanning, R.D. 3, (near Cowansville), died at 8:12 a.m. Saturday, May 26, 1951, in the Armstrong County hospital. She had been ill for the past several months. Mrs. Collar was a daughter of the late John E. and Ellen Wolfe. She was aged 62 years. Her church membership was with the Worthington Lutheran church. Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Mrs. Frank W. (Margaret) John and Mrs. Raymond (Eleanor) McAfoose, Kittanning R.D. 3; three sons, Harry E., Cowansville R.D. 1; Richard G., Kittanning R. D. 3, and John A., Kittanning R.D. 1, and two brothers James Wolfe, San Jose. Calif. and Andrew Wolfe, Templeton. Twelve grandchildren also survive.
