Covia Virginia Raley Finch, 80, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at The Highlands of Dyersburg Nursing Center.

She was a retired secretary for the TN Department of Human Services, where she worked for 42 years and a member of First Assembly of God Church.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Stephen Stoner and the Rev. Jeff Ogg officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Survivors include her daughter, Cynthia Cowell and husband, Joe, of Dyersburg.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Finch; her mother, Ora Wilson Raley; her father, Worth Raley; a sister, Beulah Corman; and a brother, Leonard Raley.

Pallbearers will be Sammy Arnold, Bobby Estes, Jere Finch, Tom Jeffries, Chris Jeter and Mike Sandage.

The family requests that memorials be directed to First Assembly of God Church in Dyersburg.
