Third daughter, and last, daughter of Charles, 1st Earl Stanhope, and Lady Hester Pitt.

She eloped in 1796 with Thomas Taylor of Sevenoaks, Kent --- the family apothecary.

She died at Coldharbour, Surrey, and was buried at the family seat of Chevening. She and her husband are buried (with a daughter and infant son) in a vault below the Stanhope Chantry at St. Botolph's Church.
