Marjorie L. Mullis, 75, Kearney, Missouri, died Sunday, October 11, 1998, at her home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 13, at the Fry Chapel, Kearney; burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery Kearney. Friends may call 7-8:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel.

Mrs. Mullis was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and had lived in Kansas City, Kansas, before moving to Kearney in 1975.

She was a homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Donald Mullis and a daughter, Joanne DeLay, both of the home; grandchildren, Debra Scalf, Kearney, Missouri, Michael Kendall, Pleasant Valley, Missouri, Melissa DeLay, of the home, and Julie DeLay, Las Vegas, Nevada; two foster sons, Danny Burch, Missouri, and Terry Burch, Houston, Texas; a foster daughter, Janet Tacker, Denton, Texas; a sister, Norma Barrett, Tulsa, Oklahoma; and six greatgrandchildren.
