One of the top three German U-Boat Ace's during World War 2. Joachim Schepke, Commander of U-100, along with Gunther Prien and Otto Kretschmer, sank more Allied shipping than any other U-Boat Commander's during World War 2. He was lost at sea after his U-Boat was sank after his U-100 attacked a convoy.
