Gayle Douglas Baysinger, 51, Olathe, died Nov. 21, 1994, at the Olathe Medical Center. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the First Christian Church of Olathe; burial in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Frye Chapel, Olathe. The family requests no flowers and suggests contributions to the Gayle D. Baysinger memorial fund. Mr. Baysinger was born in Fayette, Mo., and lived in Jefferson City and Lexington, Mo., before he moved to Olathe in 1982. He was a manager for Sprint. He was past president of the Lexington Jaycees. He formerly served on the Lexington School Board. He formerly was a first sergeant in the Army. Survivors include his wife, Nancy S. Custard Baysinger of the home; two daughters, Rebecca S. Brown, Dallastown, Pa., and Julia L. Baysinger-Ray, Olathe; three brothers, Fred Baysinger, Fulton, Mo., Daniel Baysinger, Davie, Fla., and Steve Baysinger, Louisville, Colo.; three sisters, Patricia Dudle y, Jefferson City, Clara O'Brien, Hallsville, Mo., and Sharon Warren, Kansas City; and a granddaughter.
