Born February 1, 1903, in Castle Dale, Utah, a son of John Ray and Adelia Marie Acord
Jensen. Married Laura Maree Hickman, August 1, 1928; later solemnized in Salt Lake LDS Temple. Served a mission to the Zuni Indians in New Mexico, 1978-79. He was a home builder.
Survived by three sons, William D. Reese and wife, Muriel; F. Ray and wife, Elizabeth, all of Salt Lake City; Bliss D. and wife, Vickie, Boulder, Colo.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, Bradford Acord Jensen; sisters, Bonnie Denney and Ruth Huntsman. Preceded in death by wife, parents, brothers, Allies Ray, Francis Ward and Foster.
Funeral services will he held Thursday, 12 noon, at McDougal Golden Rule Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where friends may call Wednesday, 6-7:30 p.m. and Thursday, one hour prior to services. Interment: Valley View
Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South.
