Born to Clifton and Minerva Walker, Sharon was number three of four daughters.
She met and wed the love of her life, John Teasley, Jr., on December 23, 1962. Their union was blessed with three children, John Tyrone, Andrea Lynn, and Tonya Renee.
Sharon was a supervisor at Motorola Corporation. After 20 plus years of service, she retired in April of 2001 .
As a member in goodstanding, under the leadership of Bishop David M. and Pastor Claudette A. Copeland (dating back to their ministry at Randolph Air Force Base) Sharon served as a loving, faithful, and foundational church member.
With the passing of her husband in May 1998, she rededicated her life to the Lord. She contributed significantly to the Worship Council of New Creation [Christian Fellowship] Church and the Tribe of Gad by serving efectively and efficiently on many church projects and committees.
She leaves to cherish her memory: one son; two daughters; one grandchild; two son-in-laws; three sisters; and a host of aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
