She was the oldest sister of the late Rodgers Jackson . She was born to Levi and Rosetta White-Jackson. In 1944 she moved to Richmond, California and later (1957) moved to Menlo Park, California. On January 8, 1977, she married Bernard E. Morris in San Mateo, California. She joined the True Light Missionary Baptist Church on Sept. 7, 1980 and was an ardent worker, serving faithfully on the Mother's Board. She leaves to cherish her memory; two daughters, Mrs. Lara Ruth Richardson, of Daly City, Ca., and Mrs. Louise Starks, of San Francisco, Ca., one son-in-law, Mr. Euclid Richardson; a family friend, Mr. Joseph Starks and a host of relatives, friends and her entire church family.
