Daughter of Abram E. Allen of Kent County, Canada and Sarah Ann Wagner Allen of Cattaraugus County, New York. She married Joseph Emil Farey 9 April 1902. They divorced in 1921 after having 8 children. Joseph did not help Agnes after the divorce and she worked as a washer woman to support the children. She went on the marry Frank Brink in 1926. They divorce. He was abusive. She then married William Jones. That marriage also ended in divorce due to mistreatment. Her final husband Solomon Botiller from all records was good to her. She survived him. Agnes lost her father when she was 14 from a tragic accident in downtown Los Angeles. She died when I was 2 and I have no memories of her. Because of her rather rough life I visit her gravesite yearly to place flowers. It's odd to feel so much love for someone you didn't know, but I hurt for her and what she went through. Love you grandma.
