She entered AAF flight training on 06 April 1943 at Avenger Field, Sweetwater, Texas and graduated on 11 September 1943.
She was a ferry pilot and was stationed at Romulus Army Air Base, Michigan.
She was killed on a training mission in a mid-air collision near Brownsville, Texas in AT-6C #41-32182.
The inscription on her grave marker reads-
