Francis was addressed several ways by friends and family, while working at "MGM Studios" as a craftsman his co-workers gave him the handle "Curley" due primarily to his shortage of head hair. Most other of his associates called him Frank, but Pauline and close friends and relatives always called him Everett. Worked in Civil service, film studios as a craftsman, wartime aircraft production "North American Aviation" (home of the B-25 "Billie Mitchell Bomber" and the P-51 "Mustang," fighter), owned and operated a "Douglas" gas station and later was a Real Estate Broker, his final work was a tech inspector for a company called Sprague Engineering in Torrance, CA, while calling suppliers from the company phone, he seemed to get lots of cooperation from those who thought Frank Sprague's name had clout despite no relationship to the owner. During his employment at Sprague Engineering he was diagnosed with ALS. Everett Lived in Bement, IL, Twin Falls ID, Porterville, CA and Inglewood CA.
