Relocating to America, she appeared films to include "Miriam Rozella" (1924), ""The Changing World" (1943), "The Strange Affair of Uncle Harry" (1945), "The Clock" (1945), "Black Beauty" (1946), "Kind Lady" (1951), "The Unsinkable Molly Brown" (1964 and "My Fair Lady" (1964). For television, her credits included "Twilight Zone", "Dr. Kildare", "Mr. Ed" and "My Favorite Martian". She was also the mother of actress Angela Lansbury and producers Bruce and Edgar Lansbury.
