John O Cummins Jr, age 4, son of Dr & Mrs J O Cummins, died Sunday afternoon following a 3 day illness with scarlet fever. He was their only living son.
The funeral was held at the home Monday afternoon by Elder J Petty Ezell of the Church of Christ, and burial was at Smyrna cemetery. He is survived by 2 sisters.
