Frank Nunley, 84, 1912 Manzana Road, died Saturday (May 2, 1992) at his home.

Services will be held in the West Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Phillip McCalip of the Trinity Free Holiness Church of Hobbs will officiate.

Burial will follow in Carlsbad Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Dale Murray, Harold "Butch" Sowers, Eddie Sutphen, Jim Morgan, Bill St. John, Robert Jesse, Kenny Kober, Buzzy Sowers and Travis Campbell.

Mr. Nunley was born April 9, 1908, in Keota, Okla. He married Lilly Lowe May 11, 1929, in Stigler, Okla.

In 1933, they moved to Carlsbad, where he was employed by Potash Company of America from 1936 to 1969. He was a member of the BPOE Elks Club 1558.

Survivors include his wife, Lilly Nunley, Carlsbad; one son, Pat Nunley, Honolulu, Hawaii; two daughters, Pete Kinnard, Dallas, and Billie Campbell, Los Angeles; one brother, E.A. "Smokey" Nunley, Carlsbad; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
