Pearl Abel Mrs. Pearl Abel, age 85, resident of Wellington, died Friday, November 19, 1993 at the Ramona Villa Nursing Home in Kansas City, Missouri where she had recently moved.
She was the daughter of the late Ruby and Betty Stoker Oliver and the widow of the late Landon Abel. Born January 10, 1908 in Montgomery County, Mrs. Abel attended Duck Hill Schools and graduated from Duck Hill High School. After graduation, she taught school in Pope where she met and married Landon Abel on April 21, 1928. He preceded her in death on January 5, 1993.
