DEATH OF MRS REDMAN
The sad news reached here Saturday of the death at San Angelo, Texas, of Mrs. S. J. Redman, a former citizen of this city.
Mrs. Redman had been in bad health for more than a year. Her home was at Oklahoma City, but she spent several months in this city [Sulphur, Okla.] and only went to San Angelo a few weeks ago.
Mrs. Redman was born in Grayson county, Texas, and was the daughter of Capt. E. G. Douglass, a prominent citizen of Texas, and a sister to Mrs. C. B. Emanuel and W. W. Douglass, register of deeds, of this city.
She leaves a husband and a small boy, besides a mother, brother and sisters and a host of friends to mourn her loss. She was a consistent member of the Methodist church, having become a member when a child.
