Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Cimarron Mortuary Chapel with Duane Ferguson officiating. Burial will be in Bertrand Cemetery.
Mr. McMenamy was born Aug. 29, 1954, at the Naval Air Station in Corpus Christi, Texas, to Joseph and Glenda English McMenamy. In April 1973, he entered the U.S. Marines, where he was a sergeant.
Survivors include his mother of Felt; his father, Joseph McMenamy of Newton, Kan.; a sister, Gale Shafer of Amarillo, Texas; and a brother, Scott McMenamy of Oklahoma City.
The family suggests memorials be to Felt School Foundation; or a charity of choice, in care of the mortuary, P.O. Box 277, Boise City, OK 73933.
