Mrs. Elizabeth Brown Ghent, wife of Clyde Ghent of Hudson Street, Lancaster passed away Sunday, May 24, 2009 at her home. Born June 10, 1928 in Abbeville, SC. She was a member of the Second Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Ghent was a life member of the American Legion Auxiliary, the VFW Auxiliary and the DAV Auxiliary. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Ghent will be held Wednesday, May 27, 2009, at the Chapel of Lancaster Funeral Home, with the Rev. Brian Saxon and the Rev. Elton Lane officiating. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park.
