Mrs. Maxine E. McCall, 48, of 1455 E. Ohio St., died Wednesday at Monroe County Hospital, Forsyth, GA. She had been in ill health two years and had been hospitalized for four days while returning from a Florida vacation.
Born at Linden, Mrs. McCall lived most of her life at Lafayette moving to Frankfort 10 years ago. In 1946 she married Thomas E. McCall, a master sergeant in the Army, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. McCall was a member of the Frankfort Baptist Church and VFW and American Legion auxiliaries.
Surviving are a son, Tomas E. McCall; and her mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Harry K. Lee, all of Frankfort.
