Vincent Fitzgerald Mikes, Sr., 'Red-Man', 46, of Chattanooga, TN passed away Saturday, July 17, 2010 in a local hospital.
He was employed by Cooper's Office Supply.
He is survived by his loving wife, JoAnn Mikes; three sons, Cedrick, Vincent, Jr. and Victor Mikes; 9 grandchildren; father, William Bullock; mother, Jimmie Mae Williams all of Chattanooga, TN; brothers, Frederick Mikes, Glenn Mikes, Andy (Alma) Clemons, Anthowann (Tonya) Bullock all of Chattanooga, TN, Calvin Alexander of Highpoint, VA and Glenn Bullock of Johnsville, NC; sisters, Patricia Ann Hairston of Bluefield, WV and Shirley Jean King of Ocola, FL; uncles, Charlie "Junebug" Mikes and Edward (Gail) Mikes both of Chattanooga, TN; aunt, Margie (David) Cook of Chattanooga, TN; father and mother-in-law, Lavonia and Joe Heard of Chattanooga, TN; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
Funeral: Saturday, July 24, 2010 at 1 p.m. at New Covenant Fellowship Church with Pastor Randy Beck officiating.
Burial: Forest Hills Cemetery.
The body will lie-in-state Friday, July 23, 2010 after 12 noon at Taylor Funeral Home.
