died at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Center. FLAHIFF, John Benedict Passed away on March 26, 2008 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre at the age of 91. Loving husband of the late Louise Smith and son of the late John James and Eleanor Rose (Fleming) of Paris, Ontario. Predeceased by his 5 brothers and 3 sisters including the late Cardinal George Flahiff. Proudly served with the R.C.R., 1st Canadian Division in World War Two. Member of North York Branch 66, Royal Canadian Legion. Friends may call on Monday, March 31, 2008 from 12:30 p.m. at the R. S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Prayer Service will be held on Monday, March 31, 2008 at 1 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
