CRANE, TX - Annette G. Ellison, 48, died Sunday, June 20, 2010, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.

She was born January 13, 1962. She and her family moved from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Crane, Texas in 1984. She worked in the nursing profession, earning a Master's Degree in Nursing and Business.

Mrs. Ellison was also involved in racing the Legends class race cars with her family. In 2009, she won Rookie of the Year, and her car won Best in Show for Legends Class of West Texas.

Survivors include her husband of 29 years, Kent L. Ellison; children, Jeffrey (Afton) Ellison and Patrick Ellison; grandchildren, Shannyn and Chevy Joe; mother, Edith Rollins; sisters, Diana Marsh and Theresa Pritchert; brother, James Staffaroni; mother and father in law, Farnk and Marilynn Ellison; sisters and brothers in law; nieces; nephews; and many others.

Services were held Wednesday, June 23, 2010, at Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Crane County Cemetery.
