Services for Alfred D. Goldman, pioneer Oklahoma groceryman, will be conducted Monday by Street and Draper funeral home, with burial in Fairlawn cemetery. Mr. Goldman died Friday while vacationing in New York.
Mr. Goldman and his brother, S. N. Goldman owned and operated the Standard and Humpty Dumpty food markets. They came to Oklahoma City from Ardmore in 1930.
He is survived by his wife, and a son, Jerome; his parents, Michael and Hortense Goldman; and his brother, Sylvan N. Goldman.
