Claude B. Brewster, a leading Banff businessman =, died Wednesday at the age of 68.
President of the Banff Chamber of Commerce in 1963, Mr. Brewster came from a famous family that pioneered in the development of Banff.
His father and his uncle packed silver down the sides of Mt. Eisenhower in the days before Banff became a national park.
He was born in Banff was was president of Brewster Industries. At different times he owned or operated a rent-a-car agency, service station, and a guest ranch near Seebe.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Jacques Funeral Home, but have not been completed yet.
